A piastrine chain built the Italian way: flat oval links in yellow gold, each holding a polished rectangular plate across its centre. The plates alternate between white gold and rose gold, so the second and third colours sit inside the link rather than on the frame. The chain closes with a lobster clasp, and both oval end tags are stamped 14K.
