Yes, we serve customers outside Greater Boston by mail. However, DO NOT send jewelry without first contacting ArtGold to request an RMA number. We will provide shipping instructions and tracking information. All mail-in repairs require RMA authorization.

Yes. For polishing (1 hour) and watch services (10 minutes), you can wait in our showroom or at the Brazilian bakery next door. For watch battery and band sizing, you must remain in the store until the service is completed — this is our policy.
