A diamond heart necklace in 14K white gold. The face of the heart is set with round diamonds and crossed by a single band of baguette-cut diamonds running level through the center.

The chain meets the pendant at the two upper shoulders of the heart, with no bail between them. Two round diamonds are set in polished bezels into the chain itself, one on either side of the pendant. The baguettes are channel-set edge to edge between two polished rails. The chain is a fine cable link, 18 inches long, with adjustment at 17 and 16 inches.
